How long does delivery take?

Claybeds typically takes 4 to 5 weeks to arrive from the date of purchase.

Do I need to assemble the bed myself?

If you purchase through Active Healthcare, assembly is included as part of their service. If you're purchasing directly through us, get in touch beforehand so we can talk through delivery and assembly for your situation.

What's the warranty?

Every Claybed comes with a 24 month warranty covering all parts of the bed.

What mattress do I need?

Each Claybed includes a premium-grade custom mattress designed to fit the bed exactly. A standard single innerspring mattress won't fit, so the bed should only be used with the mattress provided.

What are Claybeds made from, and how do I clean them?

The bed frame uses durable vinyl that's soft to the touch and easy to wipe clean, with breathable mesh panels for airflow and visibility, padded corners for protection, and strong steel zips to keep everything secure.

What size is a Claybed, and how much weight can it hold?

Internal mattress space is 1800mm x 880mm, with a total height (including the roof) of 1880mm and an internal padded wall height of 1400mm at its highest point. The bed has a weight capacity of 180kg, and we wouldn't recommend using it beyond that.

Can I get funding help to buy a Claybed?

Many families access funding support through pathways like Equipment and Modification Services, ACC, or charitable grants. Visit our funding page for more detail, including how our partner Active Healthcare can help manage a funded purchase.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within New Zealand, and will be able to ship further afield as required.
