Shipping, warranty, and returns

A few details on what to expect after you order a Claybed.

Delivery

Claybeds typically takes 4 to 5 weeks to arrive from the date of purchase, since each bed is built from scratch once your order comes in. We currently ship within New Zealand. If you're purchasing through Active Healthcare, they handle delivery and assembly as part of their service.

Warranty

Every Claybed comes with a 24 month warranty covering all parts of the bed.

Damaged or faulty items

If your bed arrives damaged or develops a fault, get in touch with us straight away and we'll arrange a repair or replacement.

Change of mind

Because every Claybed is built from scratch once your order is placed, rather than kept ready-made in stock, we're not able to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind once an order has started. If you're unsure whether a Claybed is right for you, get in touch before ordering and we'll help you work it through.
